AHHHHH!!!!

So I FINALLY bought my dream camera!!! The Nikon D90!!! I've been wanting this camera FOREVER! Not anymore....it's MINE! My bestest friend in the world helped me make a for sure decision about it, and I am so glad she did. I am going to have so much fun learning how to use it! Luckily she knows a little about it! It's crazy going from a small Canon point & shoot with a 3 mega pixel to a Nikon d90 with a 12 mega pixel! WOW!!

It really is sad how fast they grow up.

School? Maybe? IDK!

So I've seriously been thinking about going to school this fall. I think I want to go, but I'm not sure. I mean I think I'm just nervous about going, I wasn't very good in school anyway, so the thought of going to college is unnerving! I know I will have to take a semester of just the basics and that is what scares me, the basics! Crazy I know! So I filled out the FAFSA form today, so I will find out how much help I will get money wise, can't wait! I still need to call the school and just make an appointment to talk to them, ahhhhh! I hate making life changing decisions, cause this def could be a life changing decision! I mean I'm not unhappy with my life, but I don't want to be where I am now in 10 yrs! Geez, this is stressing me out just thinking about it!! I feel like I will neglect my kid even more then I already do, but it's not forever and she is actually excited about her mom going to college! That part makes me smile! So that's all I have to say, I guess I'll keep everyone updated on the school thing. Oh yeah, another thing, I have NO IDEA what I'm going for! I mean no clue at all! Yeah I know, what am I thinking there! I do want to take a photography class and an art class of some sort. I'm sure there's more classes I would like to take, well I've already made a small list of some classes I want to take. So I am thinking about things some!

So that's my small list :) It's just a basic list I came up with from reading over the courses they offer. So I have some ideas of what I want to dabble in I guess! Sorry for the long post, I just wanted to get some things out there!

the project I've been working on! It's FINALLY finished!!! YAY!! I think it's really cute and I hate to part with it, BUT I'm making FOR someone so I guess I HAVE to give it up :( That's ok though, I just hope the person I made it for loves it as much as I do!

Art journal!

So here is the art journal that I made! I had a lot of fun making it, and I'm ready to make another one. First I have to finish a project I'm making for profit! I will post pics of that when I'm finished :)












There it is! I think it turned out just lovely! I ended up giving it to my bff Carla cause she liked it and I didn't mind, I told her she could have it after I took picstures of it! So here are the pics and now I will give it to her, I can't wait to see what she does with it!

Updating from my iPhone!!

I am away at a srcapping retreat and thought I would try and update my blog from my phone!! So here it goes! Me and my very bestest friend in the world are in Chattanooga with some really cool ladies she has met through Scrappin in the City! One of them had invited her and then she invited me, of course I said yes!! We are having lots of fun! There is this one lady here by the name of Lori and she has been making art journals, let me tell you they are awesome!! So she told me the just of how to make one and I am going to try and make one! I'm SO excited about it!! Anyway that's all for now! I know I never put any more pictures up like I said and well sorry about that! Post again soon!!

Updating from my iPhone

Sorry.....

So I haven't updated the blog in a while, that's why I'm going to do it right now! Uhhh let's see.... Christmas has come and gone. We had a very good Christmas with the fam, good times and presents. New years was really like no other day! Poppy and Frankie spent the night with us, they even stayed up late to watch the ball drop! Frankie was like "what in the world are these people doing?"! We got out our hats and noise makers like 10 min before midnight! We usually decorate and have our new years stuff out, but not this year! We just hung out! I have pictures of Christmas and New Years that I will post later, since it's late I just figured I would at least update my blog with some words! Oh it snowed today, YAY!!! They said we were going to get snow, but you just never know around here. They even let school out one hour early!! It was a good decision cause the roads ended up getting slick, my road was getting slick when I got home!! I really do love snow, it's just so pretty! Ok so I feel like I'm rambling a bit now so I will be done for the moment! I will try and post some pics tomorrow if I don't have to go to work, school is closed so I'm hoping I won't be able to GET to work either! Anyway......
