My brother and his family!

When we had our family Easter dinner, we all went outside to hangout and let the girls hunt for eggs. While we were out there I took some pics of Brian and his little family. I think I got some really good pictures of them. I did realize I didn't' have many pics of Pops though! She was playing with Audrey the whole time! So did manage to get her in the family pics! They haven't seen these pictures yet, I'm going to give them prints as a surprise! So here you go!

@ the zoo!

I LOVE going to the zoo! Since I have a kid I can actually go and people aren't asking me why!! I had my niece with us, so it was lot's more fun with 2 kids instead of 1! I took lot's and lot's of pictures of course, but I love to take pictures! While we were there we saw 2 people that we know! It's always fun to see people you know at the zoo, especially when they work there! One was a super fun girl I have worked with in the past, she's young and just silly! Always in a super happy fun mood! I love running into her at the zoo and we ALWAYS do! The other person we saw was one of Audrey's after school teachers. He is a super nice guy, he actually saw Audrey before she saw him and was like quietly yelling(?) at her! I think she kinda has a little crush on him, she ALWAYS lights up around him! I guess it's cute, a little girl crush! She will so want to kill me if she finds out I'm putting this on here! That's why she won't find out! It's kinda funny though about this guy, cause I could totally crush on him too! AND I kinda am crushing on him, but that's fine, I like to have crushes! Oh and he was finished with his work day and walked around with us for a 1/2 hour or so, that was fun! Alright enough about all that! Here are some pics from our day at the zoo!

My kit and BUTTONS!

I received my Studio Calico kit a few weeks ago and I am so excited to use it! I really don't know what I'm going to do with all the super cute stuff, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. I'm so glad I FINALLY signed up for it!




I am somewhat of a button collector and LOVE to find pretty and interesting buttons. I work at a used appliance store and whenever they find a button in a dryer they know to give it to me, I love to see what it looks like cause it's always different from the last one they found! I was at Walmart the other night and found a bag of assorted buttons for $1! I was so excited about it!


Anyway I REALLY need to try harder to keep my blog updated, but I just never have time anymore! I will try harder though, I promise!

AHHHHH!!!!

So I FINALLY bought my dream camera!!! The Nikon D90!!! I've been wanting this camera FOREVER! Not anymore....it's MINE! My bestest friend in the world helped me make a for sure decision about it, and I am so glad she did. I am going to have so much fun learning how to use it! Luckily she knows a little about it! It's crazy going from a small Canon point & shoot with a 3 mega pixel to a Nikon d90 with a 12 mega pixel! WOW!!

It really is sad how fast they grow up.

School? Maybe? IDK!

So I've seriously been thinking about going to school this fall. I think I want to go, but I'm not sure. I mean I think I'm just nervous about going, I wasn't very good in school anyway, so the thought of going to college is unnerving! I know I will have to take a semester of just the basics and that is what scares me, the basics! Crazy I know! So I filled out the FAFSA form today, so I will find out how much help I will get money wise, can't wait! I still need to call the school and just make an appointment to talk to them, ahhhhh! I hate making life changing decisions, cause this def could be a life changing decision! I mean I'm not unhappy with my life, but I don't want to be where I am now in 10 yrs! Geez, this is stressing me out just thinking about it!! I feel like I will neglect my kid even more then I already do, but it's not forever and she is actually excited about her mom going to college! That part makes me smile! So that's all I have to say, I guess I'll keep everyone updated on the school thing. Oh yeah, another thing, I have NO IDEA what I'm going for! I mean no clue at all! Yeah I know, what am I thinking there! I do want to take a photography class and an art class of some sort. I'm sure there's more classes I would like to take, well I've already made a small list of some classes I want to take. So I am thinking about things some!
